VISAS AND GREEN CARDS

At G.E.B. GLOBAL – A Business and Immigration Law Firm, we take pride in offering a strategic, 360-degree approach to U.S. immigration. Led by U.S.-Licensed Immigration Attorney Mr. Gregory Boan, our firm is committed to building a fully documented and thoughtfully prepared case that reflects your qualifications, goals, and long-term vision for your American Dream.

Mr. Boan and the G.E.B. GLOBAL team will analyze your background from every possible angle to identify the strongest path towards success—always with your specific profile and goals in mind.

Our immigration services are organized into six key categories:

EMPLOYMENT-BASED VISAS
At G.E.B. GLOBAL, employment-based immigration is one of our core strengths. Under the leadership of U.S-Licensed Immigration Attorney Mr. Gregory Boan, our firm has guided countless professionals, investors, executives, and entrepreneurs in securing U.S. visas and permanent residency through strategic and personalized immigration planning.

Employment-based visas offer pathways to live and work in the United States based on your professional skills, achievements, or unique qualifications. While some options—like the EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and EB-1C—provide direct access to a Green Card, others—such as the L-1A, O-1, and R-1—can be powerful stepping stones toward permanent residency.

At G.E.B. GLOBAL, we tailor every case to your unique profile and immigration goals, whether you're a seasoned executive, an extraordinary talent, or a professional looking to expand your impact in the U.S.
EB-1A Visa and Green Card for Professionals with Extraordinary Ability
Led by U.S.-Licensed Immigration Attorney Mr. Gregory Boan, our team supports professionals who have reached the top of their field—whether in science, the arts, education, business, or athletics. The EB-1A visa is designed for individuals with national or international recognition, prestigious awards, or substantial contributions to their industry. This visa provides a direct pathway to a Green Card without the need for a job offer or employer sponsorship. Unlike what many say out there, you do not need to be Einstein or have won an Oscar, a Grammy, or a Nobel Prize to qualify for this immigration pathway.
EB-2 NIW Visa and Green Card for Professionals with Advanced Degrees or Exceptional Ability
One of the most sought-after options for self-sponsored immigration, the EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) is ideal for professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional qualifications. If your work has the significant potential to benefit the United States, then this visa allows you to apply for a Green Card without a job offer or labor certification. G.E.B. GLOBAL, under the legal direction of U.S.-Licensed Immigration Attorney Mr. Gregory Boan, has extensive experience helping entrepreneurs, engineers, tech innovators, pilots, architects, farmers, and research scientists, among many other professions, navigate this powerful immigration pathway.
EB-1C Visa and Green Card for Multinational Managers and Executives
The EB-1C visa is perfect for international businesses looking to expand into the United States. It allows for foreign companies to transfer their managers and executives to a U.S. branch, affiliate, or subsidiary that has been operating for at least one year. The interesting aspect of this visa is that the U.S. business does not need to have been in the same industry as the parent company. That is to say, the foreign parent company may purchase a U.S. company that has already been in existence for one year, and then transfer over a manager or executive without issue. U.S.-Licensed Immigration Attorney Mr. Gregory E. Boan and the team at G.E.B. GLOBAL frequently assists corporate clients and business owners in using this visa to establish permanent presence in the U.S. through this direct Green Card process.
L-1A Visa for Multinational Managers and Executives
The L-1A visa is designed for international companies and entrepreneurs seeking to transfer key personnel to the U.S. to establish a new office or expand an existing one. While this visa does not automatically lead to a Green Card, the L-1A is often a strategic first step toward the EB-1C—especially when the U.S. company has not yet completed one year of operations or when the manager or executive does not intend to pursue permanent residency. At G.E.B. GLOBAL, U.S.-Licensed Immigration Attorney Mr. Gregory Boan works with clients to plan their short and long-term immigration strategies from day one.
O-1 Visa for Individuals with Extraordinary Ability

For individuals recognized for their extraordinary abilities in the sciences, arts, education, business, athletics, or the entertainment industry, the O-1 visa offers a temporary yet impactful opportunity to enter the U.S. While it does not provide a direct path to a Green Card, U.S.-Licensed Immigration Attorney Mr. Gregory Boan often uses it as a strategic stepping stone toward the EB-1A petition for permanent residency.

This visa is particularly beneficial for individuals experiencing recent success in their careers who may not yet have developed the more extensive portfolio of achievements typically required for an EB-1A.
TN Visa for Skilled Professionals from Canada or Mexico
Available under the USMCA (formerly NAFTA), the TN visa allows qualified Canadian and Mexican professionals to work temporarily in the United States. Although it doesn’t lead to a Green Card, it can be renewed indefinitely. G.E.B. GLOBAL assists professionals using this visa to explore other long-term immigration options where applicable.
R-1 Visa for Religious Workers
The R-1 visa is designed for religious workers who wish to serve in the U.S. within nonprofit religious organizations. While this visa does not directly result in permanent residency, it can be a pathway to the EB-4 Green Card.

INVESTMENT-BASED VISAS
At G.E.B. GLOBAL – A Business and Immigration Law Firm, we understand that entrepreneurs and investors are visionaries. Under the guidance of U.S.-Licensed Immigration Attorney Mr. Gregory Boan, our team provides strategic legal support to help clients build their future in the United States through investment-based immigration pathways.
The U.S. offers several visa options for foreign nationals who are ready to invest in or trade with the U.S. economy. These options range from long-term temporary visas with renewal flexibility to direct pathways to permanent residency.
Our goal at G.E.B. GLOBAL is to ensure that your investment not only meets immigration requirements but also aligns with your business goals and long-term immigration strategy.
E-1 Trade Visa
The E-1 visa is available to nationals of countries that maintain a treaty of commerce and navigation with the United States. This visa is designed for business owners and entrepreneurs whose companies engage in substantial international trade with the U.S.
While the E-1 does not offer a direct path to a Green Card, Mr. Gregory Boan frequently assists clients in using this visa as a strategic bridge to long-term residency, renewing it indefinitely while positioning them for future immigration opportunities.
E-2 Investor Visa

The E-2 visa allows foreign investors from treaty countries to live and work in the United States by establishing, developing, or purchasing a U.S. business. To qualify, applicants must make a substantial investment using personal, traceable, and lawfully obtained funds.
Although it does not lead directly to a Green Card, the E-2 visa can be renewed indefinitely and serves as a flexible, long-term solution for those wishing to grow a business and later transition to permanent residency. G.E.B. GLOBAL, led by U.S.-Licensed Immigration Attorney Mr. Gregory Boan, works closely with each investor to design a visa strategy aligned with both their business ambitions and immigration goals.
EB-5 Visa and Green Card for Job-Creating Investors
The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program offers a direct pathway to a Green Card for those who invest between $800,000 and $1,050,000 in a qualified U.S. project that creates or preserves at least 10 full-time jobs for American workers.
This visa initially grants a 2-year conditional Green Card. After the investment has met the required job creation and other compliance criteria, investors may apply for a 10-year permanent Green Card.
At G.E.B. GLOBAL, we guide investors step by step through the EB-5 process—from vetting projects and preparing documentation to compliance and adjustment of status—ensuring every detail supports a successful immigration outcome. With U.S.-Licensed Immigration Attorney Mr. Gregory Boan’s legal insight, our clients are empowered to make informed decisions with confidence and clarity.

Family-based immigration allows certain relatives of U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents to obtain lawful permanent residency—commonly known as a Green Card—and begin a new chapter together in the United States.
To begin the process, a foreign national must be sponsored by a qualifying relative who is at least 21 years old and is either a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident. At G.E.B. GLOBAL, we provide personalized legal strategies for spouses, children, parents, and other eligible family members seeking to reunite and build a life in the U.S.
Immediate Relatives of U.S. Citizens

This category offers an expedited path to a Green Card for the spouse, unmarried child under 21, or parent of a U.S. citizen. It is one of the most straightforward routes to permanent residency, as it is not subject to annual visa limits.
Under the guidance of U.S.-Licensed Immigration Attorney Mr. Gregory Boan, our team at G.E.B. GLOBAL provides compassionate, detailed support through each stage of the petition and adjustment process.
Note: Siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins are not eligible under this category. However, stepchildren and adopted children may qualify.
