What we will do for you.

We at G.E.B. GLOBAL are aware of the importance and complexity of the United States immigration process in the lives of all who have the dream of living and working in the United States and we will work with you to develop a personalized route to success that fits your specific set of needs and goals.

Our services is divided in four categories.
Employment-Based Visas

Employment based immigrant visas are divided into five preference categories. Certain spouses and children may accompany or follow-to-join employment-based immigrants.

You may be eligible for an employment-based, first-preference visa if you are an alien of extraordinary ability in in the sciences, arts, education, business, athletics, outstanding professor or researcher, or are a certain multinational executive or manager.
Each occupational category has certain requirements that must be met.
Investment-Based Visas

U.S. immigration law allows certain aliens who are employment-based immigrants to become lawful permanent residents (get a Green Card).

The E visa category includes treaty traders and investors who come to the United States under a treaty of commerce and navigation between the United States and the country of which the treaty trader or investor is a citizen or national.

These aliens are also called “EB-5 immigrant investors” because they are in the employment-based fifth preference visa category.
Family-Based Visas

U.S. immigration law allows certain aliens who are family members of U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents to become lawful permanent residents (get a Green Card) based on specific family relationships.

A foreign citizen seeking to live permanently in the United States requires an immigrant visa (IV). To be eligible to apply for an IV, a foreign citizen must be sponsored by an immediate relative who is at least 21 years of age and is either a U.S. citizen or U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident (that is, a green-card holder).

If you are the spouse, minor child or parent of a U.S. citizen, please see the Green Card for Immediate Relatives of U.S. Citizen pages for information on how can we help you to apply for a Green Card.
