CONFIDENTIALITY:

In the United States, attorney–client confidentiality otherwise known as “attorney–client privilege” is one of the oldest recognized privileges for confidential communications protected by the United States Supreme Court. By assuring confidentiality, the privilege encourages clients to make “full and frank” disclosures to their attorneys, who are then better able to provide candid advice and effective representation. Thus, anything said or divulged to our office in consulting or representing you will be held and maintained as confidential information. We ask that you fully disclose any arrests, convictions, or warrants that you or a family member may have, as well as any changes of address, violations of any U.S. or foreign laws, and any travel, legal or illegal, into and out of the United States by you or a family member.
