The 5 Steps Between You and Your Green Card

How many steps are left between you and the life you've always dreamed of?

In this blog, we summarize all the steps of the immigration process in 5 steps.

Don't walk alone, contact us right now.

Step 1 - Reading the e-Book.

Information is never enough, so we encourage you to read the E-book on the visa and green card opportunity based on your professional profile, where we address common questions that most applicants have, as well as information about the process. , costs, time required for preparation, execution and completion.

Our e-books are only available to applicants who are eligible for an employment-based visa. If you still don't know which visa matches your professional profile, send your resume as soon as possible to G.E.B. Global and receive a free preliminary review of your eligibility.

Step 2 - Scheduling an appointment.

If, after reading the E-Book, you still have any doubts, concerns, or questions you would like to address or if you prefer to start the process immediately, we invite you to schedule a formal consultation to discuss any and all matters that are specific to your case. You may choose between 30 minutes (150 US $) or 1 hour (250 US $), wherein shall address any and all doubts, details, or a specific action plan based upon your profile, as well as the necessary documents, duration of the process, payment plans and any other questions you may have. The consultation fee must be paid with a credit or debit card authorized to carry out transactions in the United States and the amount charged for said consultation will then be deducted upon signing from the total attorney's fees quoted for your case.

Step 3 - Signing the Agreement and Authorizing Payment.

After the consultation, we will send you a payment authorization and your contract with the payment method chosen by you.

Step 4 - Letters of Support and Documents.

We will work with you to plan and prepare your process. You will have access to an online drive to upload all the documents that we will need to create your immigration claim. If you prefer, you can now create a folder on your computer and start gathering documents that prove your academic background, professional experience, awards, associations, etc. All documents will be reviewed by the attorney before being added to the file.

Step 5 - Submission of the process and protocol.

Once your process is ready, we will send it to the immigration department (USCIS) to issue the follow-up protocol, but our work doesn't stop there.

In addition to preparing and submitting your immigration claim, your attorney will have immediate access to updates and requests from the immigration department about your process, making it even easier to provide any response (RFE) that directly interferes with the outcome of your case.

Finally, once it's time for your Green Card interview, we'll advise and prepare you, and if you prefer, you can hire our lawyer to accompany you through the interview.

At G.E.B. Global, you can count on the peace of mind of hiring an attorney licensed by the state of Florida.

We provide you with a clear and effective orientation of the law along with the tools and tactics necessary to successfully plan, prepare for, and execute every step of the immigration process.

Our prices are extremely competitive, we offer *payment plans, and unlike other law firms in the United States, your contact throughout the process will be directly with your lawyer.
