Scheduling a Consultation with G.E.B. GLOBAL

We know that the complexity of an immigration process may often discourage a candidate with great potential, so we believe that the more information you haven, the better.
We encourage you to schedule a consultation to better understand your rights and whether or not you truly have a path forward towards permanent residence. We will answer questions frequently asked by candidates and present you with a possible action plan. We will also discuss potential documents, fees, timelines, and obstacles you may encounter on your way to realizing your American Dream.
You can choose between 30-minute ($150.00) or 1-hour ($250.00) appointments. The amount charged for the consultation may then be deducted from the attorney’s fee to be paid. Payment for consultations may only be realized with a credit or debit card that is authorized for U.S. transactions.
The consultation will be carried out by attorney Gregory E. Boan in English or your language with a translator if you prefer. When you are ready to start the process, our office will send you a contract and a payment authorization form to complete and electronically sign. The contract will be valid for 7 days to allow you time to review your contract and send us any questions you may have with regard to it.
Please note, no attorney-client relationship exists with this office unless a contract for services has otherwise been signed. The consultation is confidential and provides an opportunity to discuss the facts of your case but does not create an attorney-client relationship. Whatever costs, fees, or timelines discussed during the consultation are not binding on this office unless otherwise written and agreed to in a contract that is signed by both parties. The attorney may advise you during the consultation if they believe your case is viable, and if so, will provide additional information during the consultation on how to proceed to contract our services, but this does not mean that we have accepted to take on your case nor does it guarantee that our office will represent you. This office reserves the right to decline representation, alter its prices, timelines, and costs as it deems appropriate or necessary unless otherwise agreed to in writing in a contract signed by both you and this office.
